1. BOOKINGS
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit (30% of total). Full payment is due 7 days before the travel date.
2. CANCELLATIONS BY CLIENT
- More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus admin fee (10%)
- 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
3. CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
4. CANCELLATIONS BY SAVANNAH EXPERIENCES
In rare cases where we must cancel (e.g., force majeure), we offer a full refund or date change at no extra cost.
5. HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit for travel and hold appropriate travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies and trip cancellation.
6. LIABILITY
Savannah Experiences Ltd acts as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, park authorities). We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of such providers.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
